The Copper Door Concept
The Copper Door is the latest concept by Great NH Restaurants and is slated to open at the end of 2011. It will be Great NH Restaurants' second restaurant in Bedford, located at the intersection of Routes 101 and 114. As CEO and owner Tom Boucher proclaims, "it will be tasteful, but not stuffy!"

Tom Boucher - Chief Executive Officer - Owner
The Hudson location was opened in 1986, where later Tom Boucher took a food server position upon graduation from college. Although Tom had earned a full academic scholarship to a prestigious graduate school, he finished only the first semester, returned to T-BONES during the holidays. -

Mark Fenske - Chief Financial Officer - Owner
Mark Fenske and Tom Boucher, the principal partners, both got their start in the Restaurant & Hospitality business working to support themselves while in school. Although at different times and places, both partners were drawn into the fun, excitement, and camaraderie of the restaurant business. -

Dan Fraser - Chief Operations Officer - Owner
In 1985 Dan decided to stay on and become a kitchen manager at only 19 years old. After holding just about every position in our company including executive chef for many years, Dan's culinary knowledge has shaped the menus we know and love today. -

Dana Boucher - Artist/Designer
Dana Boucher, Owner of 'A Breath of Fresh Art', www.BreathOfFreshArt.com is the interior designer for the Copper Door. A New Hampshire native, she brings a fresh approach to combining classic with whimsical in addition, her still life local farm scenes will adorn some of the walls in the dining room.
