"We had dinner at the Copper Door recently on a Saturday night and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a delicious wine at the bar while waiting for our table. The wine list was very good. When seated, we decided to try the Sirloin Spring Rolls, where were crispy and delicious. The monkey bread, as others have said, was warm and delicious. Yum! For entrees, I had the Seared Sea Scallops with three grain Pilaf and fennell salad. The scallops were sweet, plump and scrumptious and the accompanying Pilaf was a delightful surprise - lemony and wonderful. My husband had the Wood Roasted New England Haddock which was equally good and served with an incredible corn crab hash that was really tasty. We could not resist trying the molten lava cake for dessert and it was chocolatey and light, served with creamy ice cream on the side. Very satisfying. We will definitely be back!"

"Love this place. The food is delicious (Shepard's Pie all the way!) The atmosphere is upscale and warm. I always break my diet to eat their delicious bread. Iced tea is served to you in a cool way and tastes freshly brewed. The monthly cupcakes are always a fun way to end the meal. Love this place so much!"

"I took my wife here for her birthday and I have to say it was a great experience. We had Jen as our waiter and she was very attentive to us and made us feel like we were at home. We got the meatballs for an appetizer and they very full of flavor and tender. For our entrees my wife got the fried chicken and I got the shrimp scampi and both were excellent. Then to end the night we got the delicious bananas foster which was so yummy especially with the ice cream. They ended up giving us the desert for free too since it was my wives birthday which was a really nice gesture. We will defiantly be coming back again."

"I visited Copper Door for lunch and dinner in the same day for business meetings, while in the area for work. For lunch I decided to do their Soup & Salad combo. Starting with their tomato basil soup which was amazing, possibly one of the best I've ever had. It was creamy without chunks of tomato and just the right amount of basil. I then tried the Arugula and Beet Salad which came with candied pecans and gorgonzola bleu cheese, also amazing. It was a decent size but I was still a little hungry, so munched on their Monkey Bread which was so fluffy and soft the butter just melted right away. Overall a great lunch that didn't leave me feeling stuffed or unpleasant. I then came back for dinner that evening, and this time started with their Grilled Caesar Salad since my co-worker had ordered it for lunch and raved about it. It had just the right amount of grilling done to it and the right amount of dressing and cheese. The grilling really gives it a unique but great taste. For dinner I tried what is very possibly one of the best entrees I've ever had...the Pepper-Crusted Ahi Tuna with bok choy and wasabi mashed potatoes...honestly AMAZING. I could eat that every night. The ahi tuna was perfect, the wasabi mashed potatoes had just the right amount of kick to them...and the bok choy was a nice side. It could not have been better, I made me remember my honeymoon in Hawaii it was that fresh and delicious!"

"My family and I came to Copper Door to celebrate my brother's birthday. We were promptly seated upon arrival, and greeted by a welcoming server. We were given drinks, and the most amazing bread! It was a brioche style bread with melted garlic butter on top. Warm, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. The food was incredibly delicious. We started out with the tomato and cheese platter and meatballs. Both were brought out within 10 minutes of our order. The food tasted very fresh. For my meal I had the special soup (Sweet Potato Bisque) with a side salad (Cranberry Arugula with friend goat cheese). Think of this like Panera elevated 10,000%. The soup was creamy, flavorful, and rich. The salad was refreshing and a great balance to the soup. I would highly recommend the soup/salad combination - it was more than enough food for one person without feeling overfull. The service was amazing as well. Our waitress consistently filled up our glasses, took away our plates, and made sure we were satisfied. I never felt rushed but also knew the waitress would be available if I needed her. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to celebrate a special occasion with some great food. Enjoy!"

"Really enjoyed this place. Liked the decor, the live music and the overall vibe. Had the rare, pepper encrusted ahi tuna with wasabi mashed and asparagus, it was all amazing. The monkey bread! OMG the monkey bread! Friend had the steak and we gave it a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars, felt like it should've been a bit more tender (had it cooked medium rare). If you opt to order the "bruschetta" be warned, it's not, it's more caprese salad sans the balsamic (which was a wee but disappointing), but comes with fried balls of goat cheese which sort of make up for the trickery. Overall we really enjoyed the experience and since I was visiting the area, thrilled to find a higher end place to eat!"

"Delicious! I can see why this restaurant is always on Phantom gourmet the TV show. The atmosphere is luxurious yet warm and cozy. And the food was delicious, we had the crusted meatballs, which were very soft and delicious. The person I was with had the tenderloin shepherds pie which was very yummy. I have the buttermilk chicken sandwich, both were very good. And oddly enough my favorite part was the free bread that they call monkey bread with a garlic butter dripped on top ,it was amazing."

"This place is amazing. I love it here. I live in Bedford so I do come here often. I love the tuna as an appetizer. It is delicious ad comes with fresh avocado. My favorite salad is the beet and arugula. It comes with beets, onions, blue cheese and pecans. Really delicious. My parents love the French onion soup but I think it's s little peppery for my taste."

"Met up with three friends from college for lunch. The location was easy to find as it's close to the highway exit. I opted for the soup and salad combo. The soup of the day was a delicious steak and roasted tomato. The salad was roasted apple with fried goat cheese. Both were yummy. Our group intentionally saved room for the cupcake of the month - a gingerbread & caramel concoction."

"Beautiful restaurant, friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious food, dress casual but not stuffy. Pricey side but well worth it for the phenomenal experience that we had. When we arrived we were asked if we had reservations, we didn't. The host quickly offered to put our names down for the next available table, he also offered us the option to sit at the bar which offers a full menu. We chose to sit at the bar as it would have been over an hours wait. Usually I don't like dining at the bar because it tends to be impersonal service with no privacy but this was happily not the case. The bartenders were very friendly, Amanda was very knowledgeable about wines and helped fine me a delicious Chianti. My boyfriend and I were able to have a conversation without feeling like everyone else could hear us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who is looking to do a date night or special occasion dinner. "

"My husband and I just had a great meal at Copper Door! Our waiter, Charlie, was fantastic, great service and such a friendly guy. Gave great suggestions as we looked over the menu. The monkey bread they serve is amazing! Our entrées were so, so good. We recommend the raspberry iced tea to drink and bananas foster for dessert. We can't wait to go back for more!"

"I chose to go out to dinner for my birthday with a few friends. When I called to make a reservation a few hours in advance for 6 people they were very accommodating and got me settled. When we got there we were a little early so they have us this genius little "controller"/buzzer with a screen. You can scroll through their menu, play games, check out local real estate, etc. When we were ready to sit they say us at our table. Our waiter was fantastic (I wish I could remember his name...). He had a great drink recommendation for my friend, and (I think) had close to perfect timing with his table visits.The food was delicious, and filling, and the dessert was amazing. They even wrote Happy Birthday on my dessert for me, in icing. Overall a fantastic experience and absolutely will be returning. "

"Copper Door was the venue for my surprise-location bridal shower in the West private room on 8/25/13, and it was perfect. The brunch menu was incredible and the service was outstanding -- our server Rob should be recognized, as we went above and beyond for me and my guests. We even had personalized menus with my soon-to-be married name on them, which was an unexpected, lovely touch that I appreciated. If you're looking for a venue that delivers simple elegance with utmost attention to detail, then this is the place to look at booking. I'll never forget how wonderful it was. Thank you!"
